The town was free from big brother and everyone seems happy about it. Second one I killed Rykas for final armor peace(this was my first groundhog day) found Arbiter and talked him down. I was teleported back to the future citadel and completed the quest after rejoining siblings. First one I had when I released the prisoner and allowed her to kill a certain Jarl. In my case there where two major endings(I don't count total destruction every time you steal something).
