It installs mods from special compressed archives, OMODs, that allow it to quickly access. It’s almost unbelievable to think this is a user created mod and not just part of the vanilla game. Not only can you install and organize mods, but also you can organize your load order and implement multiple types of archive invalidation, with ease.
The city honestly looks amazing once fully rebuilt. Well, this mod fixes that, and immersively too! Over a series of quests, you can rebuild the city, complete with NPCs and even a fully working arena. It’s also a shame that you never really get to experience Kvatch as a city.
